To produce ORF Expression Clones we use the Gateway® Expression Shuttle System

The Gateway® Technology of Invitrogen Inc. is a universal cloning system that takes advantage of the site-specific recombination properties of bacteriophage lambda (Landy, 1989) to provide a rapid and highly efficient way to move your gene of interest into multiple vector systems.

We shuttle all ORFs into the following Gateway® expression (destination) vectors on demand and provide ready-to-express Full ORF Expression Clones.

Please take care not to combine a clone with stopcodon and a vector with C-terminal tags, since they are not expressed.
