Sanger resources
Our Sanger resources are a collection of exclusive
libraries created at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (WTSI),
comprising of:
- a fully indexed Human Tilepath library,
constructed as part of the Human genome project at Roswell Park
Cancer Institute and WTSI
- a fully indexed mouse BAC library (bMQ),
constructed in Alan Bradley′s lab at WTSI ideal for the
construction of gene targeting vectors
- a
mouse MICER library (Mutagenic Insertion and Chromosome
Engineering Resource) for the analysis of the disruption of both
alleles of a gene
- the cORF
library covering the predicted open reading frames for human
chromosome 22 in a pENTR vector created by Ian Dunham′s team at
WTSI
