Human TilePath Genomic Library

Source BioScience LifeSciences are pleased to announce the
distribution of a fully indexed Human Tilepath library, constructed
at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and The Wellcome Trust Sanger
Institute. The genomic clone collection has been FISH mapped clones
are displayed on the Ensembl genome browser.
Library specifications:
The library was constructed as part of the Human genome project.
To divide the complexity of the Human genome into reduced, workable
elements, large DNA segments are cloned into either Bacterial or P1
derived artificial chromosomes. The library has many applications
including functional studies in cell based expression assays,
promoter studies and high-throughput analyses.
Format:
Source BioScience LifeSciences offers the complete clone set of
96 384-well microtitre plates or individual clones, for research
purposes only. Alternatively, the plates have been re-arrayed such
that each of the chromosomes can be ordered individually.
