QA WGA DNA aliquots
RE: digest: 0.5µg of WGA DNA was
HindIII digested for 12 hours at 37°C. Buffer: 50mM NaCl,
10mM Tris-HCl, 10mM MgCl2 and 10mM dithiothreitol.
*Control DNA: 0.5µg of WGA DNA was
incubated for 12 hours at 37°C. Buffer: 50mM NaCl, 10mM Tris-HCl,
10mM MgCl2 and 10mM dithiothreitol.
Gel Conditions: 2% TBE gel, 120volts,
1hour.
