About our service
Antibiotics
Source BioScience can provide you with one of five antibiotics
on request:
- Ampicillin
- Kanamycin
- Spectinomycin
- Chloramphenicol
- Carbenicillin
Other antibiotics can be provided on request for a fee.
Sample requirements
We will require 150µl of overnight culture provided in a 96 well
plate. Please let us know which antibiotic you are using for our
processes. This is very important so that we do not use the
incorrect plates. Incubate for a minimum of 6-8 hours.
Please ensure samples are well sealed and packaged to withstand
transit.

*Plate with liquid culture media and antibiotics can be
provided free of charge. This is a high throughput service for 96
samples in a 96-well plate using a single primer across the entire
plate or two primers for forward and reverse reactions. If
different please contact Customer Services

plasmid DNA.
