FREEPOST Sequencing Samples
We continually monitor the Royal Mail delivery times on samples
sent to us using FREEPOST. This system generally works very well,
although we recognise that there are some areas that experience
slightly longer delays than others. If you have experienced delays
and / or need results promptly, we suggest that you send your
samples by Special Delivery™ which will ensure a tracked next day
delivery to our sequencing labs.

Due to the recent delays in service for our Freepost service
via Royal Mail in the Oxford area, we are re-directing your samples
to our Nottingham lab so that we can return your data in the
quickest turnaround time possible. Please ensure you have the
correctly addressed label which can be downloaded here.
If we receive an online order from you and the samples
do not arrive promptly, we will always contact you to advise
you.
