Cell lines
Source BioScience LifeSciences offer a range of
cell lines from InvivoGen.
These cell lines are genetically modified HEK293, THP-1, Ramos,
RAW and MEF cell lines which have been designed for use in the
study of Toll Like Receptors (TLR's) and other components of the
innate immunity pathways. Other similar sensor cells are also
available for use in the detection of LPS, mycoplasma and
cytokines.
