Fast-Media® from InvivoGen is an easy way to prepare agar or liquid selective E.coli media.  It comes in individually sealed pouches each containing the reagents required to prepare 200ml of liquid or agar medium at the correct antibiotic concentration.  Fast-Media® is sterile and extensively tested to guarantee consistent results.
