We offer the InvivoGen Prom A-List™ of human and rodent
promoters.
The Prom A-List™ is an expanding collection of native and
composite promoters provided in the pDRIVE plasmid. Promoters
are valuable tools to study the expression of a given gene and the
pDRIVE promoters offer the function to express your gene of
interest at high or low levels, ubiquitously or specifically, or in
a constitutive or inducible manner. Promoters are
available with LacZ or SEAP reporter genes and can also be easily
excised using unique restriction sites for cloning into your vector
of interest.
