SpinClean Plasmid Miniprep Kit contains chaotropic salt that enhances the binding of DNA onto a glass surface and reagents for alkaline lysis for easy purification of plasmid DNA from bacteria. The column is packed with glass fiber and has enough surface area to bind up to 20ug of plasmid DNA. Purified plasmid DNA is ready for restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, sequencing reactions, and library screening

Genomic DNA purification kits (for blood, bacteria and yeast)

 

Introduction
The SpinClean Genomic DNA purification kits are designed for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from various sample sources including whole blood cells, Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and animal tissue. This system is a fast, simple and inexpensive method. The kits use advanced silica-based membrane technology for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA without organic extraction or ethanol precipitation. DNA purified with this system is suitable for a variety of applications, including amplification, membrane hybridization and digestion with restriction endonuclease
