Fusion Tags

pSELECT-Tag from InvivoGen is a new family of expression vectors designed to generate tagged proteins.  It is available with GFP tags (for fluorescent detection), HA tag for wetern blot detection or His tag for purification.

Source BioScience LifeSciences also supply antibodies which detect GFP, HA and His tags also c-myc, GFP. GST, Beta Galactosidase, KLH and luciferase.
