TLR Detection
Toll Like Receptor Detection
Toll
Like Receptors (TLR's) play a key role in the innate immune
system. InvivoGen provide a unique range of tools for TLR
research, and this range is not just TLR ligands!
pNiFty reporter plasmids are a simple and sensitive way to
monitor and detect the activation of NF-κB following TLR
stimulation. They express a reporter gene, either a secreted
alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) or luciferase gene, under the control
of an NF-κB-inducible promoter.
